Expected Results & Recovery Time

Results are usually expected in at least 4-6 weeks. A minimum of 4 sessions is often required to achieve the desired optimal result. It also depends on the device and technology used.

Generally, downtime is non to 2-4 days depending on the technology used. RF microneedling may require 2-3 days of downtime.
There are different types of RF devices with different modes of delivery, examples are non-fractionated RF, monopolar, fractionated RF, tripolar and quadripolar, bipolar, and fractionated RF microneedling.

Risks & Side Effects

Side effects are minimal and temporary and include discomfort and pain, bruising, infection and pinpoint bleeding.
